Vote for Nigel Havers to win I'm A Celebrity!

59 year old Nigel Havers is probably best known for his BAFTA nominated role in the 1981 film Chariots of Fire. Younger fans may also remember him as Lewis Archer in Coronation Street who Nigel played between 2009 and 2010.

Nigel had made no secret of the fact that his wife was unhappy that he had decided to take part in I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. He said:

"My wife is furious I am doing it. She said ‘I might not be back when you come out’. She did everything she could to dissuade me not to do it."

Nigel has left the jungle, he first threatened to walk out of camp following a trial where contestants were to endure electric shocks. After thinking things over he decided to stay before hearing he would be required to wear a prison style black and white outfit.

"I decided this morning that I'm going to go across the bridge of my own accord. Actually the final straw was if my wife had seen me in those prison clothes I wouldn't have my life worth living. And I would have worried myself sick (in here) because of it."
